Hello kids!   My name is Mrs. Turnbull and I am so excited to be your 3rd grade teacher this year!  I can't wait to get to know all of my students this year and do lots of fun activities together!  

I was a fourth grade teacher for 20 years before becoming a 3rd grade teacher in 2020.   I love to teach all of the subjects, but especially math and social studies.  I love doing creative projects in school and playing games!  I have 3 children: Katie, Colin, and Matthew.  Katie is studying to be a teacher at West Chester University, and is a part of the Ram Band there!   Colin is in the marching band in high school and in the drama club.   Matthew is in elementary school.  He loves to play sports, baseball and ice hockey are his favorites.   We have a pet dog named Owen, he is a black lab.  My family LOVES anything and everything Disney!   My favorite places to go to are Disney World and the beach.  My favorite things to do are going to my kids' shows and games, spending time with my family, and taking early morning power walks.  I love watching baseball games, and love the Phillies!  Fun fact: My grandfather worked for the Phillies for many years in Florida during spring training each year!

I can't wait to meet all of you soon and learn all about you!   We are going to have a GREAT year in 3rd grade!
