NAHS OFFICERS
Club representative & leader at all events
Plan & run monthly membership meetings
Plan & run monthly leadership meetings
Organize all large-scale school & community service projects (Senior Jeans, Winter Wonderland, Wellness Days, Bring Your Child To Work Day, Lucy Belle's Fundraiser)
Oversees the roles of all other council members, and works in tandem with other council members and art teachers to organize the chapter
Supports the President in planning of all meetings & events
Attends & co-leads all club events
Leads meetings & events in the absence of the President
Schedules & helps to organize all events & projects
Schedules & helps to organize all participants
Updates the NAHS calendar for all meetings & events
Responsible for all club communication
Sends all club emails
Creates & submits all announcements & school posters
Designs & implements promotion for school events (i.e. Ram Day, Art Show, etc)
Record & update all meeting notes
Works with Media Manager to share important & timely club info
Records and tracks members' attendance at all events
Logs all member service hours
Sets & communicates service hour schedules & deadlines
Monitor member funds & club budget
Keeps an accurate account of receipts and disbursements in accordance with school regulations
