The event will be emceed by seniors Logan Hall and Rachel Zhang as well as special alumni guests! Our event is scheduled for Friday January 28 at 7 pm in the Lower Merion High School Auditorium.
MEET OUR CONTESTANTS:
This year’s contestants each represent an iconic Mario Kart driver and are teaming up to find Ace the Bulldog, who is lost in a video game. In their quest, the contestants will participate in a catwalk, a hip-hop dance, a Q & A session, a talent, and a partner dance. LM's a cappella group Ace Harmony, the LM Dance Team, and the LM Drill Team will be performing.
Along with their pride, each contestant is competing for a charity of their choice, so each person in attendance will be supporting great causes.
Besides the contestants' charities, The Amazing Ace is also fundraising for the Sean Hughes Children's Trust in memory of Mr. Hughes - the true Amazing Ace. Click Mr. Hughes above to see photos of Mr. Hughes in action emceeing our show going back to 2010 and to read reflections from some people lucky enough to have worked with Mr. Hughes in past productions.
Tickets are $20 adults/$10 students; once they are available, they can be purchased via the Tickets button above. We are working with reduced capacity this year and are likely to sell out before the event. In the event that there are tickets remaining, they will be available the night of the show.
The Amazing Ace is sponsored by the Class of 2022. Many thanks to Iacobucci Formal Wear for supplying all the tuxes for the event.
