L.M. College of Pharmacy

The L. M. College of Pharmacy is a premier pharmacy institute in India. The college was founded in 1947 with the intent to impart quality pharmacy education. It is successfully run by the Ahmedabad Education Society (AES) for more than 70 years. The college is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University. The college was awarded "A" grade by NAAC. L. M. College of Pharmacy has been granted financial assistance from NITI Aayog's Atal Innovation Mission to set up the Atal Incubation Centre for sector-specific pharma and health-care. L. M. College of Pharmacy is also the grantee nodal center for Student Start-up and Innovation Policy (SSIP) of Government of Gujarat.

Ahmedabad Education Society (AES)

Ahmedabad Education Society (AES) came into being in 1935 based on the draft prepared by G. V. Mavalankar. The foundation of AES was laid by a rewarding combination of influential businessmen and social leaders. With a legacy of 85 years, AES today is the educational hub of Ahmedabad. It is a registered Public Charitable Trust as well as a registered Society established under the respective Acts. It offers exemplary tutelage in fields as diverse as Arts, Commerce, Science, Pharmacy, Architecture, Planning, Business Administration, Computer Application, Management and more. The working of AES is rooted in its philosophy of transparency, participatory approach and growth. Over the years, AES became among the largest academic trusts in Gujarat, providing quality education from kindergarten to post graduation. It has 25 institutions under its umbrella catering to over 10,000 college students and 3,000 school children. AES also provides hostel facilities to about 1,000 male and 450 female students.
