Polo shirts and PE uniforms must be branded and purchased from our distributor, ProSource. You may visit them in person or shop online. You may to contact ProSource directly to schedule an appointment:

Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Uniform bottoms (shorts, pants, skorts for elementary girls) may be purchased wherever you like to shop. They must be navy, khaki, black or gray. Refer to the dress code policy for more details.
Elementary students wear their P.E. uniform and athletic shoes to school all day and do not change at school on their assigned P.E. day(s).
If your order does not arrive before your first day of school, your student may wear a plain t-shirt or polo and uniform bottoms until your order arrives.

Family Portal (RenWeb) Student Lunch Ordering
Orders must be placed before 9:00 am. You can order daily, weekly, monthly, or by the semester.
If you are interested in signing up for the Hot Lunch Program, please fill out this form and email to finance@lmcm.org.

The 2025-2026 supply lists will be released during the summer.
2024-2025:
Elementary: Students' classroom placement will be emailed and posted to your Facts Family Portal the first week of August.
5th-12th Grade:
Schedules will be released the first week of August, available to view on your FACTS Family Portal. Make sure to print your schedule and bring it with you to the Back to School Reunion.

Explore movement and creativity in a fun, supportive environment. Open to a variety of ages and experience levels.
