The Light In The Darkness

"Nothing about us without us" in my opinions means that without people to help you out then you won't feel as special as you would if people were being on your side. My drawing is about a crippled kid being surrounded in darkness and people being angry at her but another crippled kid becomes her light by helping her up from her problems and darkness.

I feel happy about my work because it supports that people can help you from your problems to make you feel better and you don't need to do everything alone. You are not alone. What I would do differently next time is using more markers to make the art more detailed and creative than it is now.
