Hotel Hampton by Hilton project is located on 57 Ketevan Tsamebuli Avenue, Tbilisi, Georgia. The project consists of 2 adjacent building blocks 23 floor residential and 12 floor hotel buildings with underground parking.  Hotel Hampton project is designed for 170 Guest Rooms with Lobby located on ground level. 

Construction of residential is already completed. Hotel construction is ongoing. Detailed scope of construction works are described in the tender documentation.

ELEMSI llc invites all interested parties to submit proposals for the provision of Electrical, ELV and Fire Safety system design and construction services for Hampton by Hilton project in Tbilisi.

Contractor of the services will be required to prepare construction documentation based on the Detailed Design attached to the tender package, to ensure the design is fully confirming to Hampton requirements, FLS requirements and Local and International Codes and Standards. Design documentation must be finalized to achieve full compliance to comments provided in tender documentation.

Based on the agreed design the Contractor should execute supply, construction, testing and handover of the systems.

The Bidder is required to return the completed Bid and the Bid Supplemental Information. All alternatives should be clearly identified in the Pricing Schedule notes column. Data sheets and specifications for alternatives should be submitted with the Bid and in line with Pricing Instructions.

The Bidder should complete the Bid Form attached in Section 2 together with the Pricing Schedule forms attached in Section 3 and submit these as its completed Bid. The Bid Supplemental Information form set out in Section 4 should also be completed and pages attached to it as required and indicated on the Form.
