I earned my BA in Middle Grades Education from Mars Hill College and my Master's Degree in School Counseling from Gardner-Webb University.

I have been in the education field for 19 years - two years teaching 7th grade ELA and 17 years as the high school counselor at Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy. I am excited to be part of LLCA and look forward to meeting the students and families!

I am married to Paul and we have two girls who will also be joining me here at LLCA, as well as a Yorkie named Sassy. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.
