The HOA is responsible for ordering your waste bins. We will contact Texas Pride and request delivery of the bins. This usually takes a couple of weeks. In the meantime, you may leave your trash bag out in front of your garage on Fridays for pick-up. All large boxes should be broken down. Recycling can be placed in a cardboard box next to the trash bag.

All owners' vehicles should be parked in their garage or outside of the community gate on the street. Cars may not be parked in the common driveways, in front of garages, or other residents' homes.
Most communities have a designated visitor parking area for short-term guests. Guests may not park in common driveways, in front of garages or other residents homes.
Most HOA communities require a minimum of a 6-month lease, There is a Lease Agreement form that must be completed by the owner to notify the HOA. The owner should update their address and contact information as well with the HOA management company. These forms can be found on your Community Page on our website. Owners are responsible for all actions of their tenants. Owners must share the Rules and Regulations documents for their community with any tenant at their property. If a tenant violates any of the community rules or regulations, the OWNER will receive the HOA Violation Notice, which may include fines and fees. See your community's webpage for more information.
LLAPP is not responsible for any damage to a towed vehicle. Owners have the sole responsibility of any and all fines incurred due to the towing of a vehicle. In addition to the towing fees, an owner may be subject to receiving a violation notice and incur fines and fees for the violation. Please check you communities webpage for additional information.

The HOA lanscapers in each community are contracted to complete basic services. These include: mowing of common areas, weeding and leaf/pine needle clean-up on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on the community. Replacement of dead shrubs and plants is not covered under the normal landscaping contract. This would need HOA Board approval.
Owners must complete an Architectural Change Request form for any changes or upgrades to the outside of their property. These include items such as: door replacement, patio installation, paint requests, turf installation, or solar panel installation. No changes or upgrades may be made until approval is given.
