Juarez-Lincoln HS Chess

The Juarez-Lincoln HS Chess Club was started up again in 2015 and every year since has qualified for nationals in their respective divisions. In 2016 to Atlanta, GA, 2017 to Nashville, TN, and 2018 to Columbus, OH each time placing in top ten in their divisions. In 2019 we qualified again but were unable to attend. And once again in 2020, but due to Covid, nationals was cancelled.

Every year since I restarted this club, the students have worked hard and dedicated so much time and effort and it shows through their accomplishments. I am so proud of all the students that have been a part of this program and always will be.
