The Tiger Den is Garfield Skills Center School Store that is run by students that attend the school. With support from the staff, students with cognitive impairment/ASD complete the following tasks to assure that the store is up and running:

-Develop a survey to ask the school population their preferences

-Collect and analysis the results to develop a shopping list

-Create in-school advertisements to be hung around the building

-Price, size, and tag all products

-Hang and fold clothing items

-Put together product bundles (fidget kits, hair care kits, etc)

-Take pictures of products

-Model apparel

-Stock shelves

-Take inventory

-Greet/ interact with customers

-Fill orders

-Cash out customers

-Clean store

-Count money 

-Fill out deposit slip
