Welcome to Livingston Public Schools!
We have designed this page to highlight the most important educational technology applications you will use for school. We hope you find this information helpful.
ClassLink is the dashboard you see when you log into your Chromebook. This application organizes all of our approved educational technology applications. You can access ClassLink at any time by clicking on the Home icon in the upper left corner of your Chrome browser when you are logged into Chrome with your school account.
A few important notes about ClassLink:
Check out the red folder for edtech support.
Check the pink folder to access our media center databases.

Genesis keeps track of all your student information (your contacts, schedule, grades, attendance, and report cards). You can access Genesis from your ClassLink dashboard.
A few important notes about Genesis:
The first time you access Genesis, you'll need to use your full email address and password to log in.
You and your adult will need to sign off on forms before you can view anything on Genesis.
You will not have access to your grades during the school day, but you can view your schedule at any time.
To learn more, check out our full page on Genesis.
Schoology is our learning management system. This is where your teachers will post course assignments, resource materials, extra help information, and (possibly) give tests and quizzes. You can access Schoology in the District Paid Subscriptions folder in ClassLink.
A few important notes about Schoology:
The first time you access Schoology, you will be prompted to sign in with Google--use your full email and enter your password.
Use the Schoology calendar to keep track of your assignments and due dates.
Be sure to check the Recent Activity tab for important announcements.
Your adults can view your Schoology pages, and they can sign up for email notifications.

Other Applications
In your classes, you may also use other educational technology tools such as Kami, Quizizz, Canva, Edpuzzle, Nearpod, and WeVideo. Your teachers may set up these applications to open directly in Schoology, but if not, you should access these applications through ClassLink.
