Any girl interested in trying out for the Girls Tennis team for the
2026 season, must attend the mandatory meeting on Thursday,
June 4th in room D262 after school. Please reach out to Coach

LHS Students, if you currently have your own personal lock on
your hallway locker, it will need to be removed and all contents
must be cleaned out before the last day of school June 18. Any
locks left on the lockers over the summer will be cut off and locker
contents thrown away.
The meeting for prospective AP Literature students has been
rescheduled to Lancer Time on June 4th in room D264. If you
can't attend the meeting, please contact Ms. Buyes or Mrs. Torres
The New Student Society is looking for Lancer Guides for next
school year. Any new applicants must attend the Information
Session on Wednesday, June 3rd afterschool in room A106.

On June 2nd, at 3:00 pm, Inner Voices will be holding its annual
coffehouse in Cafe AB. We will be celebrating the release of this
year's issue of Inner Voices, and writers will have an opportunity
to recite the pieces they wrote for the magazine. Food will be

projects, deadlines, and busy schedules, it is more important than
ever to take time for yourself.

weeks focusing on being present, practicing positivity, and
engaging in mindful movement. Small moments of mindfulness
can help reduce stress, boost your mood, improve focus, and
reset your vibe during this hectic time of year.
We encourage all students and staff to participate, slow down,
and make their well-being a priority!

Happy Pride Month! To show your support of LGBQ+ rights, the
LHS chapter of the Gender-Sexuality Alliance invites all staff and
students to wear pride-themed clothing this Friday, June 5th. This
may include wearing rainbow colors, Pride apparel, or items that
show support for the LGBTQ+ community.
