Juniors who received the NHS application email are invited to attend an optional
information session about the application process. The session will answer any
questions students may have about the application process. We will meet in S24 during
Lancer time on March 4th.

Period Poverty Donation Drive will be collecting female hygiene products to donate to
local women's shelters, the drive will last up until March 9th.

Attention Seniors! Senior Games- a LHS tradition- will take place on Friday night March
6th. Details will be shared during a Senior class meeting in the auditorium on
Wednesday, March 4th during Lancer Time. Plan to attend that important meeting and
get excited for your Senior Games!
Get ready to test your strength at our Lift-a-Thon on Thursday, March 5th, happening
after school in the weight room! Events include bench press, squats, and bodyweight
pull-ups. Competitors will be placed into weight divisions, so everyone has a fair shot to
compete. The entry fee is just $5.00.All students and staff are encouraged to
participate. All proceeds will go toward upgrading our weight room and making it bigger,
better, and stronger for everyone. Can’t compete? You can still support the cause by
making a donation. See Coach Breschard if you have any questions — and we’ll see
you on March 5th!
The Yu-Gi-Oh Club will be meeting in room A106 today from 2:45-3:30 PM. All students

The Bioethics club will be having a meeting to discuss the ethics of organ donation on

school Thursday for a Short Film Production Club meeting. We’ll be continuing the

This Thursday in the Cafeteria, Chess club is hosting the Blue-Green Shield, where
Lancers will get to play members of the Police Dept. There will be free food, including

They did again!!! 4 years in a row – State Champions! The LHS Chess Team competed
in the state championship tournament this weekend. A lot of chess was played over
Saturday and Sunday. There was a competitive field of 26 teams, but for the 4th
consecutive year, they were able to claim the top spot in the varsity section. Congrats to
all!
