SUDIP has more than 26 Years of experience in Planning, Design and Delivery of various types of large scale projects across India. He excels in senior level project coordination which includes client, consultant and vendor coordination.

A graduate in Architecture from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, he started his career under Prof Gopal Mitra (Builcon) as an Architect for various residential and commercial projects. Subsequently joined M N Dastur & Co Ltd, and worked extensively in the industrial sector in addition to the housing and commercial projects. He has also completed MBA in Finance from JU.

Joining Edifice Kolkata in 2004, he has been involved in the delivery of various large scale projects including corporate offices and IT buildings. In 2007, he moved to New Delhi to establish and head the North India operations for Edifice, where projects included commercial and hospitality projects along with large scale corporate interiors. In 2012, he moved back to native city of Kolkata to look after East India operations. In 2018, he left Edifice to start his own practice.

Self driven and self reliant, capable of setting aims and targets and lead by example, his collaborative approach with good interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and encourage others through change. He has been highly focused with a consistent track record of successfully delivering full lifecycle implementations to tight time scales and within budget.

RATNADEEP is an Architect, with 18+ years of experience in design/ construction field.

He has been involved in senior level design and project coordination for various large-scale projects.

The range of expertise lies in the fields of various types of projects including healthcare, corporate, residential,

hospitality, commercial, etc.

Since 2013, he is the Proprietor at IDEATION, Kolkata.

He is associated with Living Spaces Kokata as Specialist Hospital Consultant Architect.

His present field of work includes designing and delivering Design and Build solutions for various building and interior spaces.

Ratnadeep completed his graduation (B-Arch) in 2003 from Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai and started his career under Ar. Chandrakant Solanki (DESIGN TECH, Mumbai) as an Architect for various residential and commercial projects. Subsequently he returned to Kolkata & joined EPSILON in 2005, and worked extensively in the interior sector in addition to the housing and commercial projects.

At EDIFICE he has been involved in the delivery of various large-scale projects including residential and commercial buildings.

At MEDICA SYNERGIE PVT LTD he was the principal architect & had been involved with healthcare projects of varied magnitude in different parts of India.

At IDEATION he is handling healthcare, interior, hospitality, residential projects.

At LSK, he is in an advisory role for design of healthcare projects.

MAHER is a graduate from St. Xaviers Kolkata and has 32+ years of experience in the field of Healthcare and Hospitality industries.

He has completed professional courses from XLRI Jamshedpur and ASCI Hyderabad.

He was involved in strategic positions for various large-scale projects.

He has been a state level oarsman, a martial arts expert, an amateur acoustics engineer and a writer.

At LSK, he is handling the business analysis and operation aspects of healthcare projects.

SANDIPAN is a dynamic Civil Engineering professional with 22 years of rich experience in managing multiple projects with multiple facilities, in residential and commercial sectors.

An Associate of Institute of Engineers (India), and a Life Member of American Society for Civil Engineers, he has handled Projects from Pre-construction to Close-out.

He has thorough knowledge of Project Management processes and is well versed in execution of Projects involving Resource Planning, Quality Planning, Safety Planning, Contract Administration, Tendering Process etc. He excels at allocating resources, training and motivating teams during the project till final delivery, and is well experienced to manage large team for site management and discipline to ensure safety/ hygiene & timely execution of projects in accordance with standards.

His vast experience includes working in renowned organisations including Synergy Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd., Design Consortium, Sylvan Estate Developers, Masters Development Management (India) Pvt. Ltd., Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj Property Consultants, Maheshwari & Associates Pvt. Ltd., etc.

His has managed large and medium scale projects for a range of clients including Diamond Group, Accenture, Genpact, Mjunction Services Ltd, Cummins, Unitech, Coal India Ltd, Dept of Tourism (Govt of Assam), and many more.

He is a senior associate at LSK and looks after project management and delivery.
