Hello there!

I have taught Health and Wellness classes at Liverpool High School since 2013.

My Education

I attended SUNY Brockport directly following high school. I majored in Physical Education with a concentration in Adapted Physical Education and minored in Recreation & Leisure.

I played on the Varsity Field Hockey team (Go Eagles!) and was a member of PEK and KDP Honor Society as well as an officer of the PE Majors Club.

I received a MST Health Education from SUNY Cortland in Spring 2012.

WhAt I like to do

I like doing home renovations and decorating in my free time. In the summer, we have a vegetable and flower garden to take care of.

WhAt I want to learn more about

I want to learn more about optimizing our homestead. Things like passive solar air heating and solar battery banks as an addition to our home would increase our self-sufficiency and reduce our overall expenditures. We are also slowly adding to our property with strawberry beds, blueberry bushes, and raspberry plants. I need to learn more about taking care of these plants so our investments don't go to waste.
