Coaching Staff

Our Staff is Dedicated to our Program. There are very few coaching staffs that have been together for as long as we have. This ensures a very consistent way of teaching and developing the young men we work with. All of our Assistant Coaches are Volunteers. They have dedicated themselves to this program for years. This staff begins to work with many of our Little Leaguers at our annual T.O.C. Summer Camp and we follow these athletes until they graduate. These coaches are instrumental in the growth of our athletes both on and off the field. This is evident by the number of former players we have coming to give back to the program that helped build them. We take our mission and responsibility seriously.

Varsity Head Coach Fred Terzini

Coach T has been the head coach here at Liverpool since 1995. He played his high school ball here at LHS under Coach Yudin and went on to pitch at LeMoyne College for a short time. Coach has been at the helm for 12 League Champions, 6 Section III titles, 1 Regional Championship, and the program's only State Title in Baseball. He has amassed over 400 wins and more importantly, has seen the majority of our student-athletes go on to be successful in college and/or careers after high school. Coach is a Business teacher at the High School and also is the Varsity Volleyball coach.

Vol. Assistant Jordan Leedom

Coach Leedom has been with our Program since 2021. He is a Lpool Baseball Alumni and played for our current coaching Staff. Jordan was part of back-to-back league titles in 2010 and 2011 and won a sectional championship in 2011. Coach went on to play college baseball at OCC and currently works as a Social Studies Teacher at the High School.

Vol. Assistant Dan LaDuke

Dan LaDuke is an accomplished assistant baseball coach known for his passion, expertise, and dedication to the sport. With years of experience both as a player and a coach, LaDuke brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Coach LaDuke was a player on the League and Sectional Championship team in 2006. After a hiatus, he is back with the team as the roving infield instructor. Coach LaDuke is part of our Special Education Department at the High School.

J.V. Head Coach Dan Parsons

Coach Parsons has been with the Liverpool Baseball program since 2013. He started as a volunteer in the program and eventually took over the Modified team as the head coach in 2018. After two years (of domination), he was promoted to the JV head coach position in 2020. Coach Parsons played under Coach Terzini at Liverpool. He continued his baseball career at Niagara University, where he earned 2nd Team All-Conference, along with the selection to the All-Academic Team, in his senior year. He is a Special Education Teacher at Long Branch Elementary.

J.V. Vol. Assistant Coach Keith Hagen

Coach Hagen comes to us from the West Genesee Program where he pitched for Coach Krause. Coach is a PE teacher at the HS.

Mod. 8/9 Head Coach Tom Jones

Coach Jones has been with our Program since ..... (He'd rather not say) He is the senior member of the group and takes care of the rest of us. Coach is a great transition for the boys who are trying to move from Modified to JV/Varsity. Coach is a Graduate of SUNY Cortland and is a retired PE Teacher at the middle level. He also Coaches Cross Country.

Mod. 7/8 Head Coach Bobby Cavelli

Coach Cavelli is entering his 6th season with the Liverpool program. He started coaching in 2017. Coach was also part of the league title in 2010. Cavelli helps out with the outfielders throughout our program. He played under Coach Terzini and Coach V at LHS before graduating in 2010. He is a TA at the middle school level.

Mod. 7/8 Head Coach Mike Wright

Coach Wright is another alumnus of the Liverpool Baseball Program. He began his coaching career with us in 2022. Coach Wright Played for Coach T and Coach V for 4 years at the varsity level and graduated in 2016. Coach is a PE teacher in the district.
