  • Championship Game on Sunday will be no new inning after 80 mins / 5 innings maximum.
  • Pitching
  1. No Coach Pitch is allowed.
  2. Walks are allowed.
  3. All pitchers are required to wear a face mask.

Home Team

A coin flip will determine the home team in Pool Play Only. Bracket play home team will be the higher seed. The home team will be the official scorekeeper. All line-up changes must go through the plate umpire.

Batting

Continuous Batting Order. If ball is not hit out of the infield, all existing base runners can advance one base only. Ball hit to the outfield runners may advance until the ball is returned to the infield whether controlled or in the dirt. If the runner has passed the base they can advance to the next base but are at risk for being thrown out.

Bunting is allowed.

Infield

6 Infielders and 4 Outfielders. Outfielders must be on the grass before the ball is put into play.

Base Running

Stealing Allowed – NO STEALING HOME

No advancement is allowed after the baserunner has successfully stolen their attended base. No other base runner may advance on catchers throw to base being stolen.

Catcher/Pitcher can make attempt to “pick off” any runners on base. Runner can advance to next base as to not get tagged out, but must return to original base once the play is deemed dead.

Courtesy Runner is allowed for catcher and pitcher only and must be player that made last recorded out, if no outs, revert to prior inning.

Run Limit

12 runs after 3 innings, 10 after 4 and 8 runs after 5 innings. After seven innings or time limit, tie games in pool play will be declared a tie. In the single elimination bracket, tie games will go into the international tie breaker rule. For the first 3 innings, there will a 5 run per inning maximum. Open thereafter.

Seeding for single elimination will be based on the following order:
