You're ready to join the team?! We can't wait to have you!! Below are your next steps to start the onboarding process!!

Step 1- Read This FIRST

Step 2- Sign Our Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA)

Step 3- Sign Your IRS W9 Form

Please complete your W9 using your business/EIN if available or your full name/SSN. Complete this form how you will be filing taxes. The info on this form is who/how we will write your payments!

Step 4- Complete Our Onboarding Form

Step 5- Join a REALTOR Board (NAMAR)

Step 6- Post Onboarding Checklist

Once you have completed your onboarding form you are officially OFFICIAL!!! CONGRATS!!!
