Is AOE supported for "Add Test to Bill" scenarios?

Yes, the AOE workflow is integrated into the "Add Test to Bill" scenarios as follows:

When adding a test, AOE must be captured before confirming the addition, similar to the billing process.
For “Add to Existing Bill,” AOE is required only for the newly added test(s) or profile(s).
For “New Bill with Same Accession No,” AOE will capture Bill AOE (if configured) along with the added test(s) or profile(s).

Can the Requisition Form, Report PDF or the Bill PDF be customised to have AOE values as we require?

Yes, you can customize the PDFs according to your design and specifications, though default templates are also available. To implement this, simply contact our customer support team or your account manager to raise a request.
