The Nobel Banquet is an annual banquet held on 10th December in the Blue Hall of Stockholm City. We at LiUPhD and DOMFIL proudly host our rendition of the event.

A fun night where a 3-course meal is served and the time in-between courses is filled with plenty of fun activities such as games and music. This year, we are also having our own version of the Nobel Ball, for our guests to show off their dance moves in a more relaxed environment.

During the dinner, you will enjoy the ambiance of the elegant dinning hall. When the time comes, the same hall will be transformed into our ballroom. For those that do not wish to dance, a seating area in the cozy coffee room will also be available.

Main Course: Grilled salmon, mushroom creme, pickled onion and browned butter served with potato terrine
Dessert: Dark chocolate truffle cake, chili, pear cognac crème and browned bread crumbles
