The EEE Faculty Portal serves as an internal, restricted-access platform for course coordinators at Electrical and Electronics Engineering faculty, offering official departmental guidelines, procedures, and academic resources.
The course file is to be uploaded for every section in every campus.
Step 1: Review Required Documents
a. LIU_Course_file_Log_Spring_2026.xlsx lists all LIU courses that need course file to be uploaded.
b. Columns indicate required evaluations and documents: Homework, Assignment, Assessment, Midterm, Final, Rosters, Syllabus, Others.
Step 2: Prepare student evaluation Samples in PDF format
Before returning the booklets to the students or to the department, and for each student evaluation (e.g., midterm, final, project), the following must be provided for each section:
a. Scan the lowest-, highest-, and average-grade booklets or submissions.
b. For Moodle-based evaluations, save the lowest-, highest-, and average-grade attempts in PDF format.
Step 3: Prepare the additional required documents in PDF format
a. Section Rosters containing the IDs, AVG, AVG-Curved, and Letter Grade.
Step 4: (Course coordinator only)
a. Updated course syllabus
b. Evaluation solutions
c. Final exam solution
d. End of semester review report (Click to download template)
Step 5: Upload all files to the UMS.
Step 6: Update the LIU_Course_file_Log_Spring_2026.xlsx Google Sheet
Step 7: Mark each document as “Yes" when uploaded in the relevant column.

b. Updated course syllabus (Obtained from the course coordinator)
c. Evaluation solutions
d. Final exam solution
Step 4: Click here to upload all files to their corresponding folder (EENGXXX).
Step 5: Update the IU_Course_file_Log_Spring_2026.xlsx Google Sheet
Step 6: Mark each document as “Yes" when uploaded in the relevant column.
