Hello-

My name is Patrick De Bruin, and I am one of three teachers in the Little Chute High School Math Department. I started teaching in Little Chute during the 2019-2020 school year. I am a proud graduate of UW-Oshkosh where I received my undergraduate degree. After graduation, I began teaching at Manitowoc High School and was there for 21 years.

My wife, Laurie, and I have two sons: Jacob and Trevor. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, fishing - and loving every minute of it.

We will be using the CPM currriculum. This curriculum is Research Based and provides a Parent Guide for helping your child at home. Homework Help offers 24/7 on‐line help for the homework portion of each CPM lesson for the Core Connections Series, referred to as “Review and Preview”. The help is tutorial in nature so that students can learn how to use the mathematics necessary to solve the problems. There are hints and most answers for these problems. This service is free to all users of CPM texts from any location. CPM offers many technology tools that enhance your student’s lessons and help them develop a deeper understanding of mathematics. These eTools can be accessed through the student’s eBook.
