Abbotsford Community Services: Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)

Free ESL classes (CLB 1 – CLB 8) for newcomers to Canada. Classes are offered morning and evening in Abbotsford and a morning class in Mission. On-site child minding is available for morning classes at some locations.
