We are in the final stage of completion. Red Thread was finishing the install of A/V equipment this past week. They still have some work to finish. Their furniture division will be at the fire school on the 13th and 14th installing the furniture. Many of the building and facility systems were started this past week. Fire protection and facility water pumps were started and begun going through their testing. The elevator was tested and the state inspector was suppose to be on site at the end of the week for inspection. I will give an update next week on the results since the inspection was after the weekly job meeting on Wednesday. The final cleaning has begun and will continue until the building is turn over to the fire school.

Still some minor finish work prior to cleaning. The thermal monitoring control panel has not arrived yet. The 10 foot concert pad around the building is about half done. The final concert pour should be next week.

More of the metal work completed last week. The railings are in place for the most part. The ladder and roof hatch have been installed. Floor rope anchors were installed and grouted. The 10 foot concrete pad around the tower is complete. A little more finish work and then the tower will be cleaned prior to turning it over to the fire school.

Curbing for the area that has binder coat of paving was done this past week. The landscapers were on site at the end of the week. Work on the fence continues. At the end of this coming week or possibly the following week the final area of pavement binder coat will be done.
