Update August 18, 2018

We are coming down to the final finish work. Painting is still on going. The carpet has been installed and base molding. Water pumps were swapped this week. The original single-phase were swapped for three-phase pumps. Red Thread will be scheduling the delivery and installation of furniture. The HVAC system still needs to be balanced. commissioning of the building will begin soon. Signs to identify each room were hung.

Railings for the interior stairs have been installed. Wiring for the thermal monitoring system were run back to the control room. Covers for the two roof ventilation props were installed.

Railing work was started in the tower this week. The railing are being installed in the stairs. The balcony and roof top will also have railings. There will be a ladder mounted to the fifth floor wall to access the roof. Wiring for lighting and the standpipe system still need to be completed. The were be a sprinkler lab in the first floor which has not been started yet.

Site work is on-going. All of the underground utilities have been done. Finish grading of the training grounds is being completed. Ten feet of concrete will be poured around the burn building and the training tower this coming week. Once that has been done then the binder coat of pavement can be done. the fencing company started this week. The entire facility will be fenced in. They have about fifty percent of the post installed. Landscaping work continues. The propane tanks will be installed on Monday by Stateline Propane.
