Warranty process from WINC
Wait until the laptop is home as you require the serial number.
The quickest and easiest way to lodge a warranty call is to call HP directly, the number is 13 10 47 , follow the prompts

Call 13 10 47 and follow the voice prompts.

The Warranty is Registered as St Agnes BYOD 2024 (or the year purcahsed) only for the 3-year ADP.
If ADP warranty was not purchased, client needs to have invoice as Proof of Purchase.
· Model is HP ProBook 11 EE x360 G4 or G6 (this model will change each year)
· Must have serial number ready – located on the underside of the laptop.
· HP will try to diagnose and offer a solution over the phone.
· If no resolution over the phone, HP will book an onsite service call.
· If ADP is required HP will ask the customer to complete online/email forms for the claim

Please have school information ready, Example, MacKillop college Port Macquarie Direct to Parent BYOD 2024 notebook order and they will try to find the order and invoice.
