The calm atmosphere; the noise isn't overwhelming and I feel productive while I'm there.
Specialties/Interests in Student Support:
I'm a great listener and I've been told I have a welcoming presence; I don't ever want students to feel bad about asking for help and I want them to have to quick access to trustworthy resources.
I'm also fairly good at finding workarounds when running into issues with computers. I may not always find the shortest solutions, but I'm always able to get past whatever the problem was.
