This Australian-born mindfulness tool was originally designed for children - but even athletes are using it! The program was developed by psychologists and educators to help bring balance into people's lives.
Create an account, record your feelings, then choose a session to complete. When you're done, record your feelings again. Sessions range from 2 minutes to 45 minutes. Your sessions will be tracked and a report created to show you which types of mindfulness work best for you.
