Well-Being

Woebot

Designed by psychologists at Stanford, this program uses a chatbot to help people cope with feelings of depression and/or anxiety. The artificial intelligence that runs Woebot uses cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on how we react to stressful situations.

Create an account and Woebot will check in with you every day, providing coaching and references as needed. Alternatively, you could choose targeted support on mindfulness and other topics.
