Mrs. Bretschneider-
I live in Bowdoin with my husband and two adorable, adopted dogs.
Being a teacher is not only my career, but my favorite pastime. To begin my career, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maine Farmington with a degree in Elementary Education concentrating in Mathematics. My masters degree is from the University of Maine Orono in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment.
I have six years experience teaching fifth grade. I worked in Augusta for the majority of my career, and briefly at Woodside Elementary, before joining the Williams-Cone staff.

Ms. Carroll-
I was born and raised in Brunswick, Maine. I attended Keene State College receiving a Bachelors Degree in Sociology. A few years later, I received my Masters Degree in Education from the University of Southern Maine.
I enjoy camping, traveling and spending time with my dog, Hootie. One of my favorite things to do is spend time by the ocean.
This will be my eighth year at WCS. Prior to joining the Williams-Cone School, I worked for the Portland Public School District. I am looking forward to a year full of laughter, learning and fun!
