Baby Mammal Care
Scheduled as needed during baby mammal seasonal peaks.
Location: Hospital
Schedule: The shift times would vary, depending on the species and age of the baby mammals. The Baby Mammal Care shifts would only be activated if a surge of intakes exceeded the capacity of the satellite care/homecare teams, and would probably only last a few weeks. Training will be provided, and experienced staff or volunteers will be available to mentor and answer questions. Due to the uncertain scheduling of the shifts, on the Help Wanted Response Form please indicate if you are interested in temporary Baby Mammal Care shifts, what days you might be available, and approximate times (morning, midday, afternoon). If we activate these shifts, we will notify interested parties and plan a schedule depending on age and species.
