US History/APUS History

I graduated from Cal in 1993 and have been teaching in Linden since 1998.

I teach survey courses in Advanced Placement United States History and college prep United States History. My class focuses on pride in our great nation, and an understanding of the sacrifices it took to create the opportunities we all enjoy now in the 21st century.

Students have been exposed to guest speakers from Iwo Jima, Pearl Harbor, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and veterans from Enduring Freedom. Even a visit from the MLB Rookie of the Year and eventual MVP. Through these experiences, the history book takes on a real face for the students.
