Hoops for Hope Origin

The Hoops for Hope basketball tournament was established in 2014 and was first started as a Varsity Girls tournament. Over the years the tournament has evolved and had different formats, some years being a combined boys and girls tournament, and most recently, just a Varsity Boys tournament. The initial goal behind the Hoops for Hope was to raise money for those in need. The Hoops for Hope Tournament is proud to bring that tradition back and will be donating all proceeds of the tournament to CancerCare Manitoba.
