It is finally here. First Practice Nov. 1

Forms- Must have all forms turned in before you can attend practices, starting Nov. 1

1. Family ID (on ELHS webpage under Athletics tab, then under “F” for Family ID)

2. Physicals up to date (see letter of explanation for guidelines under Family ID tab)

3. Baseline concussion testing- incoming freshmen or transfer students, or any new athletes

Practice Schedule:

Lincolnton YMCA

Tuesday- Girls 4:30- 5:15 Guys 5:15-6:00

Wednesday- Girls 5:00-5:45 Guys 5:45-6:30

Thursday - Girls 4:30-5:15 Guys 5:15-6:00

Lake Norman YMCA

Friday- 4:30-5:30 Combined Men/Women

*will be 5:30-6:30 during January
