Lincoln Self Care and Family Support

Hello Lincoln School!

When times are challenging, we often spend much of our energy trying to take care of each other. This is important, and a great thing to be doing! However, it is just as important to spend time caring for ourselves and working together with our families and communities. Working to connect with how we, ourselves, are handling stress and uncertainty and asking for help when we need it is important. If you or your family feel as though you may want to try out some new skills or are looking for resources for support, please feel free to explore!

The Lincoln School Mental Health Staff are available to discuss concerns parents may have regarding their child(ren)’s social, emotional, and behavioral functioning, ability to adapt to changes in their schedule, and ability to build and maintain connections with others.
