About Us

Tracey G. Jackson, Ph.D., J.D., is the heart and soul of the Limitless Growth Solutions Corp. Dr. Jackson grew up in a military family. She received her BA and MA degrees in Political Science from Fayetteville State University. Dr. Jackson graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration and a concentration in Social Welfare Policy. Additionally, she earned a JD from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law (UDC Law) in 2018 and served as the Student Bar President.

Dr. Jackson is in the Management Supervisory Service with the District of Columbia. Prior to this she was the Committee Director for the Committee on Recreation, Libraries, and Youth Affairs and a Legislative Director.

Additionally, Dr. Jackson is the President of Limitless Growth Solutions Corp. and Jackson’s Jewels. Limitless Growth Solutions Corp provides executive coaching and consulting to help individuals and companies achieve their goals using the U-Centric Model, which tailors solutions to their needs. Additionally, Dr. Jackson is a certified AI Consultation.

Dr. Jackson is a member of the University of the District of Columbia, Board of Trustees (Term 2025-2030), the 2025-2026 National Secretary-Treasurer for the American Business Women's Association, and a 2021 Top Ten Business Woman of the American Business Women’s Association. She is also the Chair of the GWAC Foundation and a GWAC board member, and currently serves as the Immediate President. Dr. Jackson is a VCU Alumni Council member.

Furthermore, Dr. Jackson holds membership in the American Business Women’s Association, the National Lawyers Guild, National Parliamentary Association, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Dr. Jackson also completed the 2021 Cohort of the Iconic Woman Mastermind, which is a complete and holistic feminine leadership coaching, mentorship, and training program for high achieving women to reach their ultimate level of success lead by the Iconic Womanhood Coach Ekene Onu.

Dr. Jackson loves to travel and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
