Here at Limestone-Walters, I teach 6th-8th grade ELA. I am also the 8th grade class sponsor. I have taught for twenty six years. I am married and have two step-daughters, and four dogs - Frankie, a miniature dachshund, Max a scruffy mutt, Newt a long-legged terrier, and Huckleberry Finn a crazy corgi. I also have four beautiful grandkids named Israe, Autum, Jennings, and Frankee.
In my free time, I love to read, root for the St. Louis Cardinals, go antiquing, and travel. Some of my travels include England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Holland, Germany, Canada, Mexico, and 33 of the states' high points. My husband and I have set a goal to visit and summit the highest point of every state.
I love my job and the students I teach everyday. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be a teacher here at Limestone-Walters. It is a wonderful school!
