ROI Buddy for Zillow is a Chrome extension that allows users to analyze real estate listings on Zillow, calculate return on investment (ROI), and export data to a spreadsheet or CSV. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we access, store, or transmit, and how we use it.

1. What Data We Collect

We do not collect or store any personal information.

The extension only accesses:

• Zillow page content to extract listing data (price, address, rent estimates, etc.)

• Your Google account email (if you connect to Google Sheets, for verification only)

• License validation information (via ExtensionPay)
  
  

We do not:

• Access your browsing history

• Track user behavior

• Collect keystrokes, passwords, or personally identifiable information (PII)
  
  

2. Google Sheets Integration

When you choose to upload results to a Google Sheet:

• The extension requests permission to create and modify spreadsheets that you explicitly select

• ROI Buddy does not access any other files or folders in your Google Drive

• Your data is never transmitted to any third-party server — it stays between your browser and Google
  
  

We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. ExtensionPay Licensing

ROI Buddy uses ExtensionPay to manage free trials and subscriptions.

• ExtensionPay uses Stripe to securely process payments

• We do not store your billing information in the extension

• Licensing is verified using anonymous identifiers and stored only in your local browser
  
  

4. Storage and Data Retention

All user preferences (e.g., Google Sheet ID, license key) are stored using Chrome’s storage.local API and never transmitted or synced externally.

5. Third-Party Services

This extension interacts only with:

• zillow.com – to read listing data

• sheets.googleapis.com – to export ROI data

• extensionpay.com – for license validation
  
  

No other services or third-party trackers are used.

6. Your Control

You may:

• Disconnect Google Sheets access at any time via your Google Account

• Clear your saved license key by using the “Reset License” button in the extension

• Uninstall the extension at any time
