2014+ Toyota 4Runner Hybrid Front Bumper

  • Open Hood and remove radiator cover

  • (2020+) Unplug TSS sensor from behind grille

  • Remove 10mm screws located in each wheel well and under front bumper.

  • Unplug fog lights from behind rear bumper

  • Measure 5 3/4” from where the grille and bumper cover meet and make a mark.

  • Tape off cut line to fender.

  • Using an Air-saw or cut-off wheel, cut your factory bumper along tape line. (This will be a rough cut)

  • (2020+ only) Carefully cut grille around TSS sensor using air saw. Sensor will remain in factory location.


  • Remove Factory crash bar via 8) 14mm nuts.

  • Remove Factory Skid plate (New bumper/skid combo fits under factory skid)

  • Test fit Bumper and check clearance

  • After test fitting bumper go back and make final cut. 3/8-5/8” final gap is preferred.

  • Install Winch and Lightbar in new bumper before lifting onto vehicle.

  • Install Bumper and tighten hardware by hand. (You will tighten again in last step)

  • Install Side Frame Support Brackets and Re-install Factory Skid Plate.

  • Tighten All Mounting Hardware
