The customer service industry is a wild, unpredictable frontier. I started my own journey at 17, learning the ropes (and the art of the polite smile) while working at Chick-fil-A. Over the years, I realized that whether you are slinging waffle fries, managing corporate clients, or working on the frontlines of entirely different fields, the human element remains the same.

It turns out it doesn't matter what the industry is—nurses, teachers, artists, and retail workers all share the exact same battle scars. If your job description involves dealing with people, you have a story. This podcast is a dedicated space for those stories: a mix of my own personal experiences from the trenches and the absolutely insane, hilarious, and downright unbelievable tales sent in by our listeners.
