Check out the activities below when you have nothing to do.

Do you know about being a bucket filler? All of us have a bucket that gets filled or dripped out of, depending on how we feel. The better you feel about yourself, the higher your bucket is filled. Learn more about filling your bucket, and the bucket of others.

Make a list or draw things you like and share it with your parents.

We each like different things. That is what makes us unique. You can even have your parents try to guess some things on your list. Try asking your family what they like.

How can you tell when you are getting angry? Howard B. Wigglebottom learns about how he can tell when he gets angry, and what to do about it. See how Howard learns to manage his anger.

Grades K-2


Have you ever got angry and "flipped your lid"? Learn about what may cause this and ways to identify changes in your body when you get angry. Do you know what to do when you start to get upset. See some things you can do to help yourself.

Grade 3-5

Last week we talked about how it important to treat others with kindness. We have another week’s challenge for you. Try and see how many tasks you can actually perform. Imagine the difference you can make when you think of others.



Weekly Challenge #2

Listen to some music that makes you feel good! Did you ever realize how music changes the way you feel, and the way your body feels?

Try it!! Play some music that has a quick beat to it. See how it makes your body feel. Next, try listening to music with a slow beat, and see how you feel.

This is a great time to explore!

Field Trip!!!

Lets go to California to go and see the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Mrs. Muranaka created a scavenger hunt for to find various sea animals. Enjoy!! Remember to type your name on the boarding pass.

Make a rainbow of Hope! Our community is not the only ones who are dealing with the coronavirus. Communities all over are showing hope by creating rainbows and putting them in their windows. Make a rainbow and share it with us at jennifer1n@liholiho.org and we may be sharing them with everyone sometime later.

Grades K-2

Learn from the characters from the movie "Inside out" about how emotions affect how we handle situations.


Grades 3-5

Rocket Kids discuss about emotions and how it affects how we act. Try making an emotions chart you to understand more about yourself.

Grades K-2

Let's talk about how we can express our feelings. What are things you can do when you are mad or sad. What makes you happy? Story Bots are going to get you to talk about your feelings. The Bots will help you think about what you can do when you are mad or sad, as well as get you to think about what makes you happy.
