The Venue

Plane: 

The nearest international airport is Chubu International Airport (中部国際空港). Alternatively, you can fly to Tokyo (東京) and take the Tokaido line (東海道線) bullet train (新幹線) to Nagoya Station (名古屋駅).

From Nagoya Station: 

From Nagoya station (名古屋駅), take the subway Higashiyama Line (東山線), change to the Meijo Line (名城線) at Motoyama station (本山駅), and get off at Nagoya Daigaku Mae (名古屋大学前). It's less than a 5-minute walk from the station to the Science Building C (理学部C館).
