Some insurance companies will send you a check, expecting us to bill you. Instead, please write “Pay to Lightspeed Testing” on the back of the check and sign it, and send it to us at: P.O. Box 656, North Olmsted, OH 44070.

Our routine testing sites are all closed; however, we may still be able to test you if you're covered by Medicare or the Central California Alliance for Health.
We can also test those who pay out of pocket for the service; we are happy to provide you with a statement for insurance reimbursement.
You can obtain a home (antigen) test from local pharmacies. However, antigen tests may not detect an early COVID infection. Your doctor can also order COVID testing through local labs or the hospital.
