Katie was such a blessing to us on our wedding day. I (the bride) am a super type-A organized person who also worked as an event planner, so I needed someone who really knew what they were doing, but who also wasn’t going to micro manage or make other people stressed out. Katie excelled and managed all the details, kept things running in a timely manner, was able to direct people, and allowed me to walk through my wedding day without worrying about a thing.

She also has high emotional intelligence and was able to sense when someone needed a hug, a calming word, or a boost of confidence. We could not be more thankful for how she served us during our wedding!

I simply could not have had such a successful wedding day without the help of Katie!! I seriously cried at the thought of not having her be a part of my day. From prior meetings creating timelines, to the day of, she knew exactly what needed to be done and could read my mind by the look on my face! She is a perfectionist and will stop at nothing to ensure that your day is how you dreamt it. She carries herself with grace and dignity and is a fantastic leader for wedding coordination. She gives 100% to her role. I would hire her all over again!
