FAQS
Do I need access to a gym?
We offer training programs for the gym and home.
What equipment do I need for home workouts?
2 Kettlebells or Dumbbells the same weight between 6kg-12kg. You will have rep ranges to work within so we can make any weight you pick work for you.
How long are the workouts?
We have options depending on how you like to train. We have longer workouts less often and shorter more frequent options. There will be an option that suits you.
Can I do my own training?
If you love running and want to keep running we won't stop you. However while you have invested in our expertise coaching and if you have the goal of gaining some muscle then we suggest that you make this your focus and trust in the process.
Do I need lifting experience?
No you don't. Our workouts are scaleable to all levels, we will provide form check feedback and there are video tutorials for all exercises.
How is the nutrition structured?
We will meet you where you are. Tracking & macros are available to those who it is appropriate for. For those that don't want to track numbers we will provide you will alternative ways to track your progress to keep you accountable. As we have demonstrated above with the "4 step approach" alongside the evidence based stuff we help you refrain your approach which will be the game changer for long lasting results.
Will I be supported?
Of course! Your initial checkin form will be followed by a group zoom call to answer any of your questions. You will then have weekly self checkin forms where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that will be answered on the podcast. You will also be able to upload form check videos to the training platform where you get your workouts.
