Spełniając obowiązek wynikający z art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych, dalej: RODO), Liftero Sp. z o.o. informuje, że:
Administrator danych
Administratorem Pana/Pani danych jest Liftero Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Krakowie, ul. Skotnicka 252A/4B, 30-399 Kraków (dalej: Administrator). W sprawach związanych z ochroną danych osobowych można kontaktować się, pisząc na adres e-mail office@liftero.com lub na adres siedziby.
Cele i podstawy przetwarzania
Przetwarzanie Pana/Pani danych osobowych odbywa się na podstawie:
1. art. 6 ust. 1 pkt c RODO w celu przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji, na podstawie uprawnienia pracodawcy wynikającego z Art. 221. § 1. Kodeksu Pracy w zakresie: imienia i nazwiska, daty urodzenia, danych kontaktowych, wykształcenia, kwalifikacji zawodowych i przebiegu dotychczasowego zatrudnienia. Podstawą przetwarzania wyżej wymienionych danych osobowych jest obowiązek prawny,
2. art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO w celu przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji, na podstawie Pani/Pana zgody na przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych, tj. danych osobowych innych niż wskazane w punkcie powyżej, przekazanych w CV, formularzu, liście motywacyjnym i innych dokumentach. Podstawą przetwarzania jest ww. zgoda,
3. art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO w celu realizacji uzasadnionego interesu administratora w zakresie danych pozyskanych od Pani/Pana w trakcie procesu rekrutacji w związku ze sprawdzeniem Pani/Pana umiejętności i zdolności potrzebnych do pracy na określonym w ogłoszeniu stanowisku. Podstawą przetwarzania tych danych jest nasz uzasadniony interes,
4. art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO w celu realizacji uzasadnionego interesu administratora na wypadek prawnej potrzeby wykazania faktów, wykazania wykonania obowiązków,
5. art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO w celu przeprowadzenia przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, na podstawie Pani/Pana zgody na przetwarzane danych osobowych przekazanych w CV, formularzu, liście motywacyjnym i innych dokumentach. Podstawą przetwarzania jest ta zgoda.
Odbiorcy danych
Dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane następującym odbiorcom danych:
uprawnionym instytucjom określonym przez przepisy prawa,
podmiotom przetwarzającym, które świadczą usługi na rzecz Administratora danych i którym te dane są powierzane.
Czas przetwarzania danych
Pana/Pani dane osobowe:
w zakresie wskazanym w pkt 1, 2, 3 rozdziału „Cele i podstawy przetwarzania”, będą przechowywane przez czas niezbędny do przeprowadzenia niniejszej rekrutacji,
w zakresie wskazanym w pkt 4 rozdziału „Cele i podstawy przetwarzania”, będą przechowywane przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń wynikających z przepisów prawa, a także przez czas, w którym przepisy nakazują nam przechowywać dane,
w zakresie wskazanym w pkt 5 rozdziału „Cele i podstawy przetwarzania”, będą przechowywane przez okres 12 miesięcy od daty wyrażenia zgody.
Prawa osób, których dane dotyczą
Przysługuje Panu/Pani (w sytuacjach wskazanych przepisami RODO):
prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych;
prawo żądania sprostowania swoich danych osobowych;
prawo do usunięcia swoich danych osobowych;
prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania swoich danych osobowych;
prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania swoich danych osobowych z przyczyn związanych z Pana/Pani szczególną sytuacją, zgodnie z art. 21 RODO;
przenoszenia swoich danych osobowych, zgodnie z art. 20 RODO;
jeżeli przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) lub art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a) – prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem;
prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, tj. Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa), gdy uzna Pan/Pani, że przetwarzanie Pana/Pani danych osobowych narusza przepisy RODO.
Czy musi Pan/Pani podawać swoje dane osobowe?
Podanie przez Pana/Panią danych osobowych w zakresie imienia i nazwiska, daty urodzenia, miejsca zamieszkania, wykształcenia oraz przebiegu dotychczasowego zatrudnienia jest warunkiem wzięcia udziału w danym procesie rekrutacyjnym. Odmowa podania tych danych osobowych uniemożliwi Panu/Pani udział w procesie rekrutacji. W pozostałym zakresie podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne.
Przekazywanie danych osobowych do państw trzecich
Pana/Pani dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane poza terytorium Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego / do organizacji międzynarodowej.
Zautomatyzowane przetwarzanie, w tym profilowanie
Pana/Pani dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany, w tym w formie profilowania oraz nie będzie Pan/Pani podlegać decyzjom, które opierają się wyłącznie na zautomatyzowanym przetwarzaniu, w tym profilowaniu i wywołują wobec Pana/Pani skutki prawne lub w podobny sposób istotnie na Pana/Panią wpływają.

Fulfilling the obligation under Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: RODO), Liftero Sp. z o.o. informs that:
Data controller
The administrator of your data is Liftero Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cracow, Skotnicka 252A/4B Street, 30-399 Cracow (hereinafter: Administrator). In matters related to the protection of personal data, you can contact by writing to the e-mail address office@liftero.com or to the registered office address.
Purposes and basis of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of:
1. Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO in order to carry out the recruitment process, based on the employer's entitlement under Art. 221 . § 1. of the Labor Code in terms of: name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and history of previous employment. The basis for the processing of the above personal data is a legal obligation,
2. Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO in order to carry out the recruitment process, based on your consent to the processing of your personal data, i.e. personal data other than those indicated in the paragraph above, provided in your resume, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for the processing is the aforementioned consent,
3. Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO in order to realize the legitimate interest of the administrator in the data obtained from you during the recruitment process in connection with the verification of your skills and abilities needed for the position specified in the advertisement. The basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest,
4. Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the administrator in the event of a legal need to prove facts, to demonstrate performance of obligations,
5. Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO in order to carry out future recruitment processes, based on your consent to the processing of personal data provided in your resume, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for processing is this consent.
Recipients of data
Personal data may be transferred to the following data recipients:
to authorized institutions as defined by law,
to processors who provide services to the Data Controller and to whom the data is entrusted.
Data processing time
Your personal information:
to the extent indicated in points 1, 2, 3 of the section "Purposes and grounds for processing", will be kept for the time necessary to carry out this recruitment,
to the extent indicated in Section 4 of the "Purposes and Grounds for Processing" section, will be kept for the period of the statute of limitations for claims under the law, as well as for the period of time for which the law requires us to keep the data,
to the extent indicated in point 5 of the "Purposes and grounds for processing" section, will be stored for a period of 12 months from the date of consent.
Rights of data subjects
You are entitled to (in situations indicated by the provisions of the RODO):
The right to access your personal data;
The right to request rectification of your personal data;
The right to delete your personal data;
The right to restrict the processing of your personal data;
The right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation, pursuant to Article 21 of the RODO;
portability of your personal data, in accordance with Article 20 of the RODO;
if the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) - the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw), if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
Do you have to provide your personal information?
The provision of your personal data in the scope of your name, date of birth, place of residence, education and previous employment history is a condition for taking part in a given recruitment process. Refusal to provide this personal data will prevent you from participating in the recruitment process. For the rest, providing personal data is voluntary.
Transfer of personal data to third countries
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area / to an international organization.
Automated processing, including profiling
Your personal data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling, and you will not be subject to decisions that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and that produce legal effects on you or similarly affect you significantly.
