Life’s Journey Counseling Services invites you to take part in a 31-day Mental Health Awareness Challenge. This challenge can be done anytime throughout the year.
Each activity is simple, meaningful, and designed to help you:

Check In Daily → Log onto the website each day to discover your new challenge.
Take Action → Complete the small activity (it might be journaling, practicing gratitude, connecting with others, or trying a self-care exercise).
Share Your Voice → You are invited to post your responses on Life’s Journey Counseling Services social media using the hashtag #JourneyTogether #Life'sJourney #MentalHealthAwareness. This way, your story can inspire others.
Celebrate Together → Stand united for mental health awareness with the Journey Together Pledge: “I commit to supporting mental wellness for myself, my family, and my community.”
