At GCSE level, we go into depth in many aspects of Computer Science as shown below. We follow the AQA course which we find to be fantastic and students love studying the subject. They become excellent problem solvers upon completion in year 11. The course puts students in a fantastic position to choose a range of subjects at Post-16 as the skills learnt provide a strong foundation many subjects, particularly in science and maths and even sociology and psychology.
