November 2019 Kick off meeting in Lucca

From 10th to 12th November 2019, professors Mika Karhunen and Matti Suomela of the Vaskivuoren Lukio school in Vantaa were guests of the Liceo Musicale di Lucca. On this occasion they had the opportunity to meet prof. Marco Cattani, Fabrizio Desideri and Manolo Nardi, teachers of the Jazz band of Liceo Musicale "A.Passaglia". Together they organized the future activities and students of the jazz band performed a concert with different pieces of music from the musical "Johnny Skick", an original production of Liceo Musicale Artistico, and others jazz songs. The head teacher Maria Pia Mencacci was present at the event with Donatella Buonriposi, provincial education supervisor, and Gino Carignani, head teacher of Istituto Comprensivo Lucca2.
