WARRANTY
Warranty against Defects
Blueguard socks are covered by a 10 year warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, should the socks fail due to such defects.
Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. The warranty does not cover socks sold as seconds or otherwise specified as imperfect at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, abnormal usage, or negligence. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, loss of time or similar expenses. The warranty is to replace the socks purchased only. If the socks are no longer available, we reserve the right at our discretion to replace the socks with a suitable alternative product of no less value or to refund your reasonable cost of purchase.
This warranty only covers Blueguard socks purchased in Australia.
The benefits to the consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer in relation to Blueguard socks under any relevant law.
This warranty is given by Licensed Socks and Apparel Australia Pty Ltd ABN 19 605 827 665 of F14, 34-42 Aberdeen Road, Altona, Vic, 3018.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim for Blueguard socks purchased in Australia, please call +61 3 9369 1700 or e-mail sales@licensedsocksaa.com.au. You must provide your name, daytime contact number, business hours delivery address, date and place of purchase (with receipt of purchase, if required) and a description of the defect.
We will provide you with return information so that you may return the Blueguard socks to us for inspection.
Once you have the return information, please send the Blueguard socks to the following address:

If, after inspection, we find that the Blueguard socks are defective in materials or workmanship, we will replace the defective product and send the replacement product to you at our expense within 10 days of receiving the defective product. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right at our discretion to replace the product with the nearest corresponding product of no lesser quality.
Regardless of whether we find that the Blueguard socks are defective in materials or workmanship after inspection, we will bear the cost of returning the product to you. You must bear the cost of sending the product to us. There is no charge for inspection.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
