Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the application of behavior modification that focuses on learned selectivity, or individual responses that are determined and repeated due to the consequences experienced. Meaningful and durable gains are substantiated through the delivery and production of evidence-based procedures. ABA "is an evidenced method of examining and changing what people say and do (Mayer et al., 2019)."

Licensed staff promote critical learning skills to effectively stimulate the ongoing exercise of replacement behavior versus impaired responding. Interventions emerge from the rearrangement of existing stimuli - routinely linked to an array of maladaptive choices - utilized instead to contact familiar consequences through improved selectivity, shaping the development of new expectations for the individual prepared and conditioned for change.

Intensive Community Based Support includes the practice of behavior analysis, as established by the Virginia Board of Medicine for youth receiving community-managed care, § 54.1-2900.

Behavior Analysis is the operationalized administration of scheduled reinforcement, applied to leverage the repetition of preferable responses for the improvement of socially significant behavior through direct observation and procedural distribution that is exact.

Analysis isolates the variables linked to function that reliably produce behavior, regulating the arrangement of routine contingencies that generate foundational skill acquisition and strengthen interpersonal growth.

Therapeutic Consultative Services assist caregivers and direct support professionals cultivate fundamental stability for a variety of individuals through shared well-being.
